The front desk was exceptionally kind, from check in to check out... the cleaning lady was rude, she put the breakfast out every morning, and she used fowl language while talking,.she gave me dirty looks because i was out there at 6am to get breakfast, i was told 6am til 9am. I guess that bothered her but everything else was GREAT.🙏🌟 I liked the pool and gym... Definitely one of my favorites.

I love to stay here. It's always clean ,quite,very friendly staff.safe area. Convenient to everything. We come to Chattanooga alot for hospital stays . We come the day before and it's the only place I will stay now. I've tried 1 other motel and I'll never go back there. Bad experience. Comfort inn downtown will always be my choice.

Very nice hotel. Clean throughout. Close to so many attractions. Staff was very nice and continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel stay. I will definitely plan on staying there again when in Chattanooga!!

Amazing location so close to downtown chattanooga as well as ruby falls, lookout mountain and rock city gardens. Love the view from the hotel where you can see the mountain. Comfortable beds and amazing housekeeping. Front desk people were super helpful and friendly and breakfast was amazing

My boyfriend and I came to stay for our anniversary and we wanted to explore the city so we weren't in our room a whole lot, but the time that we spent in the room was so nice! The room was clean with plenty of amenities. We had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a big closet for our clothes. It was a great stay and I would stay here again!

Spacious accessible bathroom & room. Comfortable bed.. . loved that it wasn't as high as other beds. Appreciate all usb & connection outlets on lanps by desk & bed. Very clean hotel & eating area and tasty breakfast.

All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in you can smell how clean they have the property. Next day morning breakfast great selection, and the lady that was in charge was going above and beyond with everyone, making sure they found what they needed. Definitely will be going back
